FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What utilities are included in the rent?

Rent rates quoted include high speed internet and all utilities (except telephone.) The only exception is our Mt Nittany building where you pay your own electric.

Is on-site parking available?

Yes, on-site parking is available at all buildings at an additional charge. Please contact us for current rates.

Is High Speed Internet Service Included?

Yes, all our properties have updated wiring in each bedroom and living for high speed cable internet. This service is included in your rent.

How far are the buildings from campus?

College Park is located one block from campus at the corner of W. College Avenue & S. Atherton Street (directly across from Kinko’s.) Allen Park, Lenwood, and Mt. Nittany are located eight blocks south of campus within walking distance.

Do you have furnished and unfurnished apartments available?

Yes, we offer both furnished and unfurnished apartments.

Are your buildings near the CATA bus Routes?

Yes, CATA buses have routes by all four buildings. The campus loop stops across the street from College Park.

Are there any additional fees, such as an application fee or activity fee?

There is a $25.00 application. If you decide to rent from us, we will need a Security Deposit equal to one month's rent to reserve your apartment. If applicable, a credit report may be required.
